Two of them sleep inside with us and the rest stay outside very happy and comfortable. Another family of kittens has appeared on our doorstep and we are feeding them, but can not keep and feed 11 cats. We have a home in Boulder City and if you have room we would like to come and check your place at Searchlight the next time we go up to Boulder City. These kittens are sweet and a few will let you handle them and touch them. Please Help! They do deserve to have a happy life, but not in our rural neighborhood because our neighbors will complain. It's so small that I know all the cats, and should know all their tricks, but one, a shoulder cat, perpetually tries to slither down my arm into the food bucket if I'm trying to actually do food with him on my shoulder. Three others, brothers, have leapt from a countertop onto the food dish I'm carrying in my hand, flooring me and the food. I was reduced to hysterical laughter. Cats and food... It's amazing. It's one of the only ways I can get the kittens to hold still long enough that I can clean for a few minutes, put some food in front of them, first. Keep up the good work. When it come to living and breathing creatures - whether people or animals, abuse and cruelty punishment sentences should be on the same level. What is wrong with this world when a person can abuse a tiny animal and just get a slap on the wrist for it - this justice system needs to be harsher on these animal abusers and haters! This mans fine and sentence should be way worse then what he "might" get. Someone has to stand up for animals and I am glad all the animal lovers are speaking up! I say put him in a hollow wall and fill it with the same insolation foam he used on those cats! thats justice for me.
